Louisiana's Old State Capitol will look back on the role that the river capital played during the American Civil War in an exhibit that examines Baton Rouge during those turbulent years. From occupation to battle and epic destruction, the War Between the States had a deep and lasting effect on the city. Admission is free and hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
